Ease of booking, and Emily at check in is always absolutely the greatest! I’ve had Many experiences with her checking me in and she’s beyond extraordinary every time!! I always look forward to seeing her at check in. My therapist Jean was new too me and she exceeded my expectations!

I got originally booked a normal facial appointment and while I was there, after looking a try skin my aesthetician suggest I use one of my extra services (that I had accumulated) to upgrade to the LED brightening facial. After the service I felt a significant improvement in my problem areas, and my skin actually looked much brighter and more even.

loved that I didn't have to wait in the waiting room at all. happy with my hair removal excited that I was able to be accommodated to come back the same day for facial and massage

Staff is always pleasant, i wish that there was a 90 minute massage session but other than that I have almost always had an excellent experience. In fact I had a technician named dee dee at the Kirkwood highway location who is wonderful!!

I have been going to hand and stone for a few years and Theresa has been doing my facials for over a year now and she’s incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She always recommends a facial to me that she feels is appropriate for my goals and never fails. I think she’s one of your best and I’ve been to many before I found her!
