Hand and Stone

Love my massage therapist. She is truly an asset to this location. Sandra is why I have kept my membership this long. When calling this location, it is very seldom that anyone answers the phone. The way this location is managed has definitely gone down hill in last year.

This location is the best Hand and Stone in our area. I drive past two that are closer to my home to visit the Kirkwood Highway location. The reception staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I always feel welcomed. The therapists are great.

I am highly satisfied because of the receptionists and the therapist, Jacques.

Kayla answered my questions about how how to continue with relieving my legs from lactic acid/ inflammation. I was able to feel at ease and fully relaxed throughout my massage experience. I was ready to take on the coming work week with fresh legs! Great feeling, thank you!

Satisfied with all services but no notice of price change . Being a member for a long time unaware of price change. Mentioned to staff was told to call corporate. My call has not be returned. Principle of the increase in charges with no notice .

Nicky is a wonderful massage therapist who listens to my concerns and focuses on areas that need attention. If I have any questions, she provides an informative answer.

Nicky is the best!!!!! I am always so relaxed after my massage.

I have been a member for some time, I have to say the best facility is located on Kirkwood Hwy. Donna is awesome, the best you have. I was there the other night just wanting to ask a manager a question. But I found out that the manager that was there (which was the best so far has left. Very sad to hear.... I feel you she was good for the location she was willing to hear customer complaints and also employee. I will assume she probably spoke up ! shame that she is gone. You really need a manager for the facility.

Jacques is wonderful, as always. He is the only reason I keep my membership there after my other favorite therapist left. The spa needs improvements though. Front desk is understaffed and the bathrooms are usually dirty, toilet seat was broken, and toilet paper dispenser has been off the wall and in need repairs for like a year. Ownership needs to care more about upkeep.

Very happy with the new app. Also, Sandra is fantastic! I was relaxed for the entire day!
