The masseuse was skilled and made me feel relaxed.. She was engaging and pleasant the entire time.. The receptionist laughed at my corny jokes and was very professional!

Julissa was wonderful-very knowledgeable and personable- I hope to schedule with her again in the future.

Nicky is a fantastic masseuse! She asks first thing where I have areas of concern. She always gives those areas special attention.

Katlyn, receptionist, is amazing. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and actually explained how to use my appointments to get my full value. For example, no one told me (before she did) that if I use two services I can get the full value by adding extras such as foot or hand care. Kasey has been the greatest massage therapist. She listens to what I need and delivers every time. If not for Katlyn and Kasey I would have cancelled my membership a while ago due to the lack of information I was offered when I wanted to add more services to my appointment.

Eric was knowledgeable in all aspects. He asked about my areas that needed attention. By the way the furniture in the waiting area are to low especially when you have bad knees.

Hand & Stone is good overall experience, everyone is very friendly and professional from start to finish. It's good place to relax and recharge. I always enjoy my experience there.
