Staff makes me feel welcomed and my appointment began on time. I had a facial and was very relaxing and felt very comfortable. All products worked very well on my sensitive skin. I have a membership and I get a facial on a monthly basis, as I enjoy my ' me time '.

The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. I was a bit early so the receptionist offer me a drink and allow me to sit in the back room were you could dim the lights and just unwind until my appointment. I received my facial first which I enjoyed and she explained what I need to do for my dry and oily areas as well as a mini message to loosen my tense shoulders. The message was so relaxing that I had to catch my self from dozing off a few times. That is what I call deep relaxation. I will be back again.

The greeting as you enter the salon is always welcoming. I was offered a drink and the staff member insisted on getting it for me...I know her but her name escapes me right now. The esthetician was prompt (Theresa) and extremely helpful in suggesting specific treatment for my facial. Everyone with whom I came in contact was courteous, helpful and friendly.

Brianna is always extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My Brazilian is always efficient and well done, as are my eyebrows. She is able to answer any questions I have regarding my waxes or any other skin-related issues.

The person doing my facial always does research to help me with any special needs I specifically have. She is knowledgeable and makes suggestions. She is why I continue my membership !!
