Ebony did a wonderful job and the receptionist was great! The previous appt ran late but they offered me a bonus service to make up for it which was really great. I decided to add a membership because of how well they handled this!

My aesthetician, Bonnie, always has a friendly smile and warm greeting...and always remembers things that we have previously discussed. She recommends treatment that she thinks will be best for me after assessing my skin, and is always right. New products and new treatments are always discussed, as well---and samples of the new products are great!!

Receptionist greet by name. Care about customer service. Brianna explains treatment thoroughly and makes recommendations. Gives samples to try product out first.

My technician did an amazing job. Pressure was perfect. Paid attention to all areas. Used hot stones in effective manner. Reception was great.

I have had many back surgeries in having a massage my flexability inproved greatly.the massage therapist explained the need for massages due to my many sugeries .

The receptionists were very friendly. My therapist, Jeanne, did an excellent job getting out my kinks. The facility is very calming.
