Hand and Stone

I've been going to this location for a few years and I'm always pleased with the service from the time I walk in the door to when I'm chevking out. Everyone is friendly amd great at recommending new services and products.

I have gone to this Hand and Stone location on and off for a couple years. I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. From the atmosphere, cleanliness, to the staff and everything in between, this location is always top notch and on point. The staff are BEYOND amazing and truly make each experience that much more relaxing and enjoyable.

The receptionists were very pleasant. The facilities were very clean. My massage therapist was on time and finished in the appropriate amount of time. My appointment was very easy to schedule and they explained the cancellation policy.

I was given a spa package for my birthday. When I called for an appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and accommodated me the same day! What a absolute treat!

Jacques has been amazing the past 5 times I have visited. He remembers me and knows exactly how I like my massages and pressure.

I almost always enjpy my experiences there. I have a favorite aesthetician who enhances the experience. I am almost always accommodated in the timeframe I want.

The employees at the reception area were very friendly before and after the massage. My therapist was respectful and thorough.

Was my first time ever having a facial and wow I loved it! Looking forward to seeing my skin become healthier as I continue to come.

Staff was very friendly upon arrival. I went into the room at my appointment time. Staff was very helpful with my questions. I did not feel rushed to leave the room once the facial was done.
