The staff is always very friendly and accomodating. The services I have received have always been fantastic, from massage to facial to waxing. They also sell excellent skin care products.

Atmosphere is soothing and relaxing.

I enjoy the ambiance/lighting and aromas. The tone of everyone's voice, the music. The quiet & ability to relax. The professionalism makes me quite comfortable. The bathrooms are also very clean and smell great. I felt very refreshed and my back was loose whereas it was very tense before the appointment! Will be back.

I was highly satisfied with the facial, however the receptionist would not let me use my gift card from the Brandywine office to buy a product. All Hand and Stone's should honor other Hand and Stone's gift cards!

My esthetician was so nice and she answered all my questions. The atmosphere was very relaxing that I almost drifted to sleep. My face felt extremely soft and smooth and clean that so wanna donit again soon.
