The esthetician was extremely friendly and took care of my needs. She also suggested great products based on conversations we had during the session. She made me feel very comfortable.

I am always warmly greeted upon entering the building. I am usually offered water while I wait. My masseuse, Jacques, is always attentive to my most recent aches and pains, and adjusts my massage accordingly.

H & S remains a little oasis for me ...wether its for a massage or a facial... I can escape to this quite, gentle, peaceful place and loose myself in the atmosphere. The silver lining is that I come back to " the real world" with glowing skin and a relaxed body.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Pointed out my problem areas and gave me suggestions for treatment. She also gave me samples to try out with excellent instructions.

Both massage and facial were relaxing and it made me feel so much better then when I walked through the door. The staff were very accommodating and took care of me during my treatments exceptionally well.
