All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The ambience is relaxing. I was treated well like it was my first time to come to that place.

I had a deep tissue extended massage and a facial the next day and both aesthetician, therapists, were extremely knowledgeable and to the point, there was no time wasted on small talk and they were extremely knowledgeable when given my concerns, Dorian was absolutely excellent and so was Bonnie, my only complaint it was stressed for me to be there 15 min early for paperwork so as not to cut into massage time, I arrived 15 min early but had to wait 5 to 8 min before receiving paperwork to complete while staff chatted behind me, the girl with long dark hair at the register was not a part of that and she was there both days and checked me in, she was extremely polite and soft spoken, she wasn't a part of the hold up, I forgot her name though, other than that, my services were extremely enjoyable, both Dorian and Bonnie are excellent and I will request them when I return.

Becky was very helpful. I explained to her why I had canceled my membership in the past, and she encouraged me to sign up again and let them know if I have problems.

From the second that I entered the facility I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. I received a great facial and was quite pleased. All my questions were answered and the estitician was very knowledgeable.

I love this place! I have never been disappointed. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to my facials every month with Bonnie. She is fantastic. I recommend her and this location to everyone.
