The staff and technicians are friendly and knowledgeable at their craft. They are not pushy with getting you to upcharge your treatments. Overall create a relaxing environment.

As always the reception staff are welcoming & maintain a clam environment. I felt as if the therapist was new & seemed a bit awkward as compared to previous therapists. While her technique & manner was very good, I would suggest a lighter touch when dealing with the front of the neck and carotid area.

I have had a membership at this Hand & Stone for several Years, I usually get a good massage, however yesterday 7.24.17 was one of the best I have had, I actually compared it to a massage I had in another country which until yesterday was the best I have ever had. My Therapist was Michael he is fairly new but I hope he stays on, great great massage I feel 80% better today. I am making an appointment for next week so it will be 100% feel better. THANK YOU

I really appreciate the professional and friendly atmosphere at This location. Maria D is so knowledgeable and the staff extremely pleasant. The Kirkwood Hwy. Hand & Stone is excellent- clean, tranquil and relaxing, it's the one treat I do for myself!

Facialist was very warm & professional. She was an excellent listener & focused on the concerns I reported. She provided a very high quality facial, actively treated me the entire session, & was a very good teacher. Her treatment was extraordinarily good. Going back to see her tomorrow, she was so good.

I appreciate all the information and explanations Jessica shares with me during my service. She is very knowledgeable and easy to converse with. She makes me feel very comfortable and always makes sure that everything she is doing is to my liking.

This is a great place to knead out my aches and pains as I do a lot of lifting at work. The room is very relaxing and the therapist listens to me regarding where to focus for my specific problem areas. I appreciate the express check out to pay for my services and make my next appointment.
