I look forward to my experience at Hand and Stone every month. It's the highlight of the month. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly. My massage therapist, Jacque, is AWESOME! Altough I didn't have a facial this time, Rachel is very knowledgeable and provided an awesome facial in the past. The reception staff is what I look for in customer service! Thank you for the service Hand and Stone provides!

My experience is always GREAT! Christine is AMAZING and SOOOOO KNOWLEDGEABLE on so much. Camille is SUPER Sweet and that was the first time I'd seen her in a while. My only problem was the rude looks I kept getting from Carolane while I was talking to Camille, who was waiting on Christine so I could catch her in between appointments with a quick question. I was also disgusted by how rude she was to another employee, just how she spoke to her in a condescending manner over her taking a break. If she is a manager, I suggest she revisits managerial training courses so she can learn how to speak to others properly. Other then that, once again, every other aspect of my visit was GREAT

The front desk staff are welcoming and acknowledge you immediately and always if you would like water or something. My masseuse, Allonna, is always professional and asks if I have any particular areas that need work. She is wonderful with a very calming personality. Lily at the front is great making recommendations other services

Maria was absolutely amazing! She made sure to examine all of my skin and recommended the best options for me. My skin is feeling amazing the next day for the microdermabrasion I got done. Will definitely be coming back!
