One of my better experiences, I had pulled a mussel in my back and the therapist took about 95% of the pain out of my back, I was so excited to be able to get up and walk out of the room standing straight. It was awesome and she even helped get rid of a slight headache. Woo hoo I'm happy and I love Hand and Stone. The only recommendation would be hair clips or headbands to use during the session so my hair does not get all oily, I forget every time I go.

It's just the thing needed to get away from the craziness of the world for a short time!!!!
