Janet was an amazing masseuse. She worked out all the issues in my back and shared a lot of knowledge about the muscle groups and how they work. She also explained how they interact with each other during certain movements. She really put a lot of effort into helping me and I feel great. I will definitely be returning-specifically to see Janet!

I just was. I got what I can for and Rachel was extremely helpful in guiding me to what I need to do.

Both Rachael and Sonya were wonderful. And the receptionist (Emily, I believe) was friendly and knowledgeable. My only misgiving is that I will be moving to Sussex County, Delaware and will need to cancel my membership around July since there are no Hand and Stone facilities down there.
