She is knowledgeable, never makes unnecessary recommendations and requests, is mindful of my budget, and provides honest skincare advice. I look forward to my appointments at Hand and Stone every month. Maria is an excellent ambassador of your company and brand.

Typically, when I get treatments I feel a lot of pressure to purchase items, Rachael only suggested an item when prompted by my questions. That made me more comfortable and more willing to make a purchase, which I did. I also plan to go back to her since I felt so comfortable and not pressured. The ladies at the front desk are always very friendly and able to answer any questions that I have.

Jacques is my favorite masseuse. I have been a member for years and in the beginning tried a number of masseuses. Now I am a loyal customer to him. He is a gentleman! Jacques listens to my areas of concern and ensures he addresses them all. He is truly talented! On FB he is praised by many people. Please take care of Jacques as he takes care of his clients. A generous bonus would be in order!

My massage was fantastic and extremely relaxing. My only complaint is the bed wasn't as warm as I would like but I was so relaxed I didn't even think to say anything at the time. I would get this exact service again and request the same person.

Very knowledgeable Person.

Jessica was very friendly and knowledgeable. I mentioned I was seeing a dermatologist for a skin scan of my freckles this week and she recommended asking my dermatologist about a mole. It has been removed and sent for biopsy - great catch! Jessica tried some different products and while it didn't irritate my skin that day in the past couple days I've broken out quite a lot, so I'll avoid those products going forward. Jessica is great!
