Hand and Stone

I am big on customer service. I've been to other chains and I feel as though the customer service I receive at Hand And Stone is exceptional. Also your facility is maintained very well. Lastly, I love my massage therapist Jalysa Harper. She is very intuned with my needs.

Christine Jacobson is excellent and goes above and beyond to provide great care and service. She is the main reason I go to Hand and Stone.

I liked the friendly and soothing atmosphere. It put me at ease for my first time having a message. The only problem we had was misunderstanding the yearly program. I thought we could split it between two people. I would think that it would not matter who used the appointment since it was paid for. I did not like that my sister would have to pay ten dollars to transfer it to me twice in 6 months. But the message was great. Thanks Nancy

Generally a nice break in a hectic day. The therapist, Ashley, was very good. It was my first massage and she made it low key and very easy to handle.

My massage was excellent. Cassandra is amazing! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Upon checking out, the receptionist suggested a longer service for my next appointment which I greatly appreciate!

I booked a facial for me and my daughter.She has never gotten one due to a dog attack years ago that left her face scarred.We were treated with kindness and gentleness. The girl preforming the facial had a facial scar also from a dog bite and she knew to ask if it was ok to touch the area and massage the area. My daughter was so happy!!!! No amount of planning could have given us this wonderful experience. We will be back for the facials as well as the love.Its the total package.

This was my first appointment with Christine and I was very impressed. She was incredibly knowledgeable about skincare, and knew exactly what was going on with my skin. She recommended that I upgrade to a rejuvenating facial, and it was just what I needed to help clear up the problems that I had been having -- that others had not been able to address or fix.
