The massage room is always suited to my needs. Enough dressing room, pleasant lighting and my therapist always knows and how to make me comfortable along with any prior problem areas.

Loved the experience - did not look at products to purchase, which is why I didn't really care, but there was no spot to indicate n/a for that question

Bonnie Faverio is the BEST !! She pays attention to every detail. I feel very well cared for when she does my facial. She's a huge asset to your business ! I will schedule with here again.

The therapist massage some areas a long period of time. And other areas for a really short time.

I wanted the massage therapist to focus on some areas but she didn’t spend much time on those areas

Therapist seemed new & somewhat nervous. Her pressure was good but weak in technique. She did not focus on working out the knots in my back like other therapists I’ve had in the past.

Massage could’ve been better

Its expensive to have facial but you offered Christmas in July and I took advantage of the deal and purchased 2 facials treatments. I wished you offer more specials.

No reason. I have been going for almost two years and this was a pretty standard visit.

On line scheduling doesn’t seem accurate at times which is why I tend toward scheduling in person
