Was never asked During the massage How things were If the pressure was not enough or too great. After the massage was never asked for any Feedback as to whether I enjoyed it or not or that she hoped it was to my liking.

Felt like she was not happy about being there. Slightly late but didn’t make up the time. Room was ok cold hands and products.

On one visit I requested deep tissue massage and I wasn't told until I was standing in the room ready for my massage and Chase told me she doesn't do deep tissue! She did a good job for what she did but not deep tissue.

I was satisfied with my experience. Nothing over the top to overly impress me, though. No complaints... just a tough person to impress I guess.

I appreciated my aesthetician's help with my skin. She was knowledgeable and skillful. However, I don't think she was thinking about how affordable it would be for some people. Some are pretty pricey in addition to a regular facial itself. I liked what we agreed on, the less expensive addition to the facial and felt very satisfied with the end results of my skin.

My 11am appt did not begin until 11:13. That’s the time I was called back into the massage room. I had to go to the receptionist to see what was going on instead of her coming to me to let me know my massage therapist was running behind.

After my massage therapist left permanently, I inquired twice -in person in December & on the phone asking for names of current “licensed” massage therapists. There is a newer receptionist who said she did not know the answer in person & on the phone but she would ask manager and return my phone call to provide that information. She did not follow through both times. Finally when I came in on 2/6 a different receptionist that checked me in was able to give me three names. This is something I feel the receptionists should be able to provide to clients. The manager should be sure the receptionists know what massage therapists are licensed. This is especially important for clients like myself with medical conditions.

The receptionist did not feel welcoming upon arrival. They were not friendly and welcoming I was promptly asked for “my last name” as I said good morning. I also do not think the $50 upcharge for 3 mins of red light therapy was reasonable.

I had a facial and a massage scheduled. I was left in a room to wait between the appointments (which was fine) but no one came to get me for my massage appointment and so the massage felt rushed, not relaxing.
