The gal was very good at her job

I answered wrong on the cleanliness of the site. It is very clean. I do not like how the Eusttition pushes the products on me. Although I do understand that's her job but it makes me uncomfortable.

I upgraded to receive a Hot Stone massage and the stones were used approximately 10 minutes throughout my entire massage. Upon checkout, the receptionist was somewhat unprofessional and unpleasant. She was very short in answering my questions and pointed to the tip envelopes without speaking.

There are no appointments available in a timely manner. The receptionist doesn’t seem to care that she can’t make an appointment for you. She didn’t even say “I understand you’re disappointed. Let’s see if we can’t find something.” I leave messages and no one EVER calls me back. If youre not going to return calls, don’t leave that as an option.

I think the cost is too high now for the services offered. One of my massage therapists left and it is very hard to book with some others. I have been a member for 10 years and I feel this location is poorly managed as there has been a change in front desk staff. Many of the spa rooms are looking tired and worn and need new paint and a refresh. I may not continue my membership due to increasing cost and less availability of some massage therapists.

Not being informed of extra 10% off products until I went in(last day of special) and was out of most everything. Need more samples of products, so u can try them. A couple of times I got treatments and was not made aware it cost more. Also I think it would be nice if your getting two treatments the waiting area was more comfortable.

It was a great experience! My appointment started 15 mins late, but the massage was still the full amount of time.

I would have like my head done, but that was not even touched.

I feel like the cloths used are very harsh. Something softer would be nicer.
