My massage therapist was GREAT, but the receptionist told me about added fees AFTER and not before… she was nice, but that was shady.

Have never pleased with service since pre covid.

I was satisfied but the masseuse only used one hand.

I think satisfied is a high rating

If you are getting a massage and facial, the area you are in while waiting for your next appointment, is not as comfortable nor inviting as it should be.

I told the massage therapist that I had pain in my left shoulder and arm but he didn’t give that area any special attention. He also missed some of the spots that hurt like the back of my arm.

I did not get better results for a higher priced facial. Not a good value Did not feel pampered or better after facial

The ambiance of the massage room is quite and relaxing.The reception area is always decorated nice and the ambiance is nice.I really like my massage therapist and look forward to my monthly visit; unfortunately I had someone new since my therapist was out and it was just not the same.Overall I enjoy getting my monthly massage.

The massage therapist was friendly and polite. Great personality! The massage itself was not fluid - lots of breaks in touch - not done very gracefully. But I definitely enjoyed speaking with her.
