my my therapist did not ask me if she was using the right pressure. I didn’t get to see my therapist. I see all the time who I adore.

I am highly satisfied by my experience. I Will likely continue my membership however the cost does add up over the course of the year.

I scheduled my appointment online months prior to my appointment date. I received all of my confirmation texts and emails prior to my appointment. The mid morning of my appointment, I received an email stating that my appointment was rescheduled for an earlier time without my knowledge. I didn’t receive a phone call stating why my appointment had to be rescheduled or any type of notification asking me was I able to reschedule earlier. I work for a living and I’m a mother who can’t always change appointments on the drop of a dime. What should’ve taken place was for me to receive a phone call from someone asking was I able to reschedule NOT just rescheduling my appointment without my knowledge and sending me a confirmation that it had been done. I didn’t receive a text message from someone until the afternoon, (after they changed my appointment without my knowledge), asking me was I able to reschedule for an earlier appointment or not. In the future, for better customer service, please reach out to your customers first asking if they can be rescheduled. Don’t just assume, reschedule the appointment and then send a confirmation email afterwards.

Very hard to book an appointment anymore. They are always " fully committed". They need more staff.

The receptionist barely made eye contact and her greeting was not warm or friendly. I had the same experience with the same receptionist on my apt that was scheduled on Saturday July 17th. After paying, booking my next apt and leaving a tip, she also did say anything such as have a good night, thanks for coming in, etc. She just turned and started doing something else.
