Katlyn, receptionist, is amazing. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and actually explained how to use my appointments to get my full value. For example, no one told me (before she did) that if I use two services I can get the full value by adding extras such as foot or hand care. Kasey has been the greatest massage therapist. She listens to what I need and delivers every time. If not for Katlyn and Kasey I would have cancelled my membership a while ago due to the lack of information I was offered when I wanted to add more services to my appointment.

Eric was knowledgeable in all aspects. He asked about my areas that needed attention. By the way the furniture in the waiting area are to low especially when you have bad knees.

Hand & Stone is good overall experience, everyone is very friendly and professional from start to finish. It's good place to relax and recharge. I always enjoy my experience there.

I have been a client for several years and I like this location because of the staff, my massage therapist, and the environment. It’s clean and welcoming. I wish my massage therapist could be cloned because it’s difficult to change appointments and stay with the same therapist without having to push the appointment further out.

I have been a member for about 2 1/2 years now, the first time Nikki was my therapist, I just knew we were a great fit. Nikki is soft spoken, very good at relaxing me. Sometime we have a conversation and sometimes we don’t. If I would have remembered to shut my phone off, this would have been the absolute best visit ever!!! I was so relaxed and was feeling my best, until my phone went off, it scared us both.

Nikki was very thorough & I was very happy with my massage. The only thing I don't like about all my massages at Hand & Stone is that the oil used is so incredibly greasy & I don't particularly like the smell either. I would actually like if there were options of oil choices.

Everything and everyone is courteous, friendly and helpful. Deanna is an exceptional massage therapist and the best I have experienced at this location. I would like to be able to book my own appointments in the future on line.

Receptionist is welcoming and addressing me by name. The therapist is knowledgeable and excellent at her job. I always book with Nikki and she never disappoints. Friendly and professional atmosphere.

The staff always make me feel welcome and see that I have everything I need for a great experience. I look forward to my once a month session. That’s always a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
