There are other membership programs at a lower cost. It's hard to use all your packages so you can cancel membership because of availability of the good technicians. The majority of the massage techs don't give you your full 50 minutes.

The only reason I choose satisfied and not highly satisfied is because of the pricing. I feel that the price could be a bit cheaper.

I was told that the upgrade I received would be one package used. However, it was actually 2 packages used.

its virtually impossible to get a massage and facial back to back i have tried several time also when it left your computer were down and i could not try to book another appointment someone was suppose to call me but that neer happened

I feel that the massage time itself is ao quick & the massage itself felt rushed. I always try to schedule an 80 minute because of this, but just getting an appointment lately has been so difficult. Couldn’t book my next appointment with this therapist and am on a waitlist. Have many massages backed up to use & may cancel since getting an appointment has been extremely difficult.

I was very satisfied with my service. I wish it was in my budget to treat myself more often. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

I had to wait 20 minutes to be called back. The face rest was very uncomfortable and kept sliding off. The room had 2 beds for just me. Did not feel as cozy.
