Filling out forms that cut into my service time... not happy about that

I thoroughly enjoyed my facial. My massage was nice however my massage therapist was quite chatty. I finally had to say that I was zoning off to get her to stop chatting. Don’t get me wrong I am a chatty person but this was the one day I really just wanted to be quiet and relax and it was hard. She mentioned that she had not worked all week because of her daughter not feeling well so of course I wanted to tip her well given the circumstances but it was kind of hard to relax and enjoy the massage.

The massage room was different from usual. The therapist had to change rooms last minute due to an issue. However, the therapist is fantastic and should get a raise for her dedication and skills.

Because it was not with Donna. She is very experienced & the only one that makes a difference.

Usually, the therapist that I see adjusts pressure without asking to relieve tension; but in fairness I have had the same person for a couple of years.

Sonya was very personable and did a good job.

Hard to get appointments. My girl left your salon. No one as good as Sonya so far. I have tried 3 different masseuses.

The dates and time I always/ need never available

The new ownership has left us not happy. They are not as flexible. Therapists are harder to get appoints with for times needed. Has to schedule @60 days out. Don’t like that we can do add ins for extra money but no extra time. Maskes no sense. I’ve paid for 50 min mAssge. Add scalp massage. Cost 15 and takes away time from my mAssge

My massage therapist was coughing for a lot of the massage. This made me concerned and uncomfortable so it was hard to relax. The rest was great. She just hardly said a word and coughed, sniffed, and took one hand away a lot.
