My regular therapist canceled and the massage therapist was new to me. It was what I was accustomed to.

I was satisfied but annoyed that my neck is stiffer than when I walked in for some reason

It was nothing that the esthetician did. I really needed a facial and wanted my blackheads remove, but the esthetician told me that they were too deep in my skin and i should allow time with care for them to be removed.

It felt more like just getting lotion rubbed on me. I said my neck was bothering me and she really didn't spend more than 5 minutes on that area.. I had a 90 minute massage and she spent 50 minutes on my back (not neck) and the remaining 30 minutes rubbing lotion on legs, feet, arms, chest, and neck. I've had lots of massages and this was not like any I've had before. I'm not sure if she was actually a certified massage therapist (I doubt it), but she needs to work on her technique

The tech was nice and she answered my questions. It's just that every other time I had a facial when I walked out I felt refreshed and energized and my face felt clean and hydrated. This time I didn't get that feeling it could be that I used the galactic peel in addition to my usual treatment I'm not sure but I didn't get the relaxed clean feel that I usually get when walking out. No fault of the tech she did a good job

I requested my attendant wear a mask while working on me and the person who gave me my facial did not and she sniffled all during the service which was ver uncomfortable for me as I was unable to relax and enjoy the service. That was very disappointing and my facial started late

I asked for special attention to my neck and I don’t feel it was given any extra treatment.

Prices are too high and now to freeze the account you charge $20 per month- ridiculous!

The front desk was not very friendly. I wanted to sign up for a membership however I didn't get much info. The person was not helpful.

It was ok. Have had more luxurious massages before. I did not feel special. Felt like a factory…”next”, ok goodbye. Next. It was convenient.
