My massage was good and the therapist did a good job. My dissatisfaction is with appointment availability. I don't want to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Luckily my last visit I was able to schedule the day before, but this is not the norm. If you look at my account you can see I have amassed a number of visits, this is due to lack of appointment times at your locations, and I use multiple locations.

Just raised prices by $20/month, hard to schedule my normal therapist, won’t allow me to suspend membership (I’ve accumulated 10 packages over the many years I’ve been a member).

I was highly satisfied with my most recent appointment. My massage therapist at Kirkwood was excellent. The staff at Kirkwood is always very friendly, helpful and efficient. I now live and work in Middletown and find the service and staffing limited there. I have a hard time getting an appointment in Middletown and I don't want to drive to Kirkwood highway. So, overall, just satisfied.

I had to complete an updated assessment that made my therapy time shorter. I would like to have completed the paperwork after my session

My appointment didn’t start on time and my massage therapist came into the reception area to only go back into the back and come back five minutes later

My facial was wonderful but my massage was just okay - I"m wondering as it was the last appointment if she was tired - it was more of a rub than a massage. A few chairs in the wait room had buttons popped out on them.

I’ve been a longtime member and my price increased whereas i know individuals who i recommended that became members at this location yet their monthly change didn’t increase, as a matter of fact, I’m paying more than they are. My 49.99 is now 69.99 and theirs is still their original 59.99

Cost is too high for level of experience and spa location/setup. Too many therapists just don’t do the job we want and when we find one that fits our needs they never stay long

The towel at the very end made me smell like dirty towel water for the rest of the day.
