Find it difficult to book with the techs I like. Don't have quality backups you can use to ensure you receive the same or better service

The provider was pleasant and answered all questions.

The woman who gave me my facial was fine. Nice shoulder-neck massage. Because I have had facials before she may have thought I knew what she was applying to my face, but I didn’t. The massage therapist was bit rushed and rough with the Himalayan hot stones. Good pressure. Very nice, but not relaxing.

I was very satisfied other than my massage only lasted 50 minutes. I understand there is a 10 minute buffer for cleaning in between clients. However, I’m paying for a 1 hour massage….not a 50 minute massage. Maybe stagger the time slot every 75 minutes. That would give the technician an hour to work on the client, 10 minutes to clean up in between and maybe five minutes for a bathroom break.

Disappointed the rate increased

Everything with this and past massages and facials has been off the charts a great experience. The staff is super friendly. Services renders has been fantastic. Environment of the facility is perfect. The only reason I cancelled my membership is that the amount of time it takes to book an appointment for a massage. 4-6 week lead time is not conducive when i can see my other 2 licensed massage therapists either same hour, same day or next day.

It's hard to schedule with the same therapist even though I come monthly. I need evening, week day, after 4pm. I'm canceling my membership because of the scheduling issues.

I don't usually give anyone the highest rating because nothing is perfect. However, I have no complaints.

Hand & stone is fine. But it’s just fine. The masseuses are never consistent and the ones I like are very hard to get appointments with. The cost is going up and now it’s almost comparable to a regular spa. If I’m going to pay that amount I want their caliper of massage/ aesthetician and that overalls spa experience
