The recent price increase is ridiculous when I have to book over 2 months in advance to get an appt. It does not allow for ANY flexibility.

. I like medium to firm pressure and it just felt as if the product was being rubbed in with no pressure. I did put that on the intake form but next time I will speak up so that is my fault. Overall the experience was relaxing and my therapist was professional, nice and quiet during the service. I just originally booked to work out problem areas but feel no different for that aspect.

front desk has multiple scheduling issues/just not knowing what theyre doing. ive called to update card info on file to be told it was never updated----so who took my card info and what did they do with it? very terrible massage experience with a massuese named frank who made me feel incredibly awkward and then tried to charge me for an oil i NEVER consented to receive nor was told the price of add on service. 2 months ago i received a call stating all my pre0scheduled appts (for the year) had to be pushed back 15 minutes as the website does not account for lunch breaks when scheduling, but then showed up for my next appt and was berated by staff asking why i was late to my appt stating they had no record of anyone calling, yet my appt reminder text said the correct time that i arrived and nobody ever even apologized. absolutely terrible front desk staff and while i do like my therapist sandra, i wish there was less talking involved since im trying to relax, more appt slots, and i will NOT pay an additional 10$ to continue my membership. the previous rate was already pushing it for me. now i will finish out my scheduled appts and cancel my membership entirely and go somewhere else.

I just do not have a tendency to select highly satisfied. The services are great and the people are friendly, but that is what I expect. I would rate highly only if things went above and beyond.

I had a good experience but Highly Satisfied is like rating yourself as excellent and there is always room for inprovement. As I stated I tried to keep my membership going but I don’t always have the time to attend and was not finding available time that fit my schedule.

1. Too many confirmation texts 2. Too many forms to constantly fill out. 3. I understand the Covid protocols but the constant texts, emails and forms is over load!
