Highly satisfied with my massage with Erik. Wish there wasn't a price increase or I would be staying. Ashame we couldn't be grandfathered in for our current price and new customers paid the new price.

Pat did the best facial and understood all my allergy needs very gentle and kind

Everyone assumed I was very familiar w/facial process. I was not. Came with a gift card which I did not know the amount of. It included a $10.00 tip and being unfamiliar gave $20.00 tip to estatician prior to coming out. Totally would not have given $30.00 tip for 50min facial.

I was told when I was already waiting in reception at my appointment that my massage therapist didn't have time for my 80 min massage, and could only do 50 min. I'm not sure why this would happen last minute.

I believe the massage therapist should be open about their vaccination status. It makes me uncomfortable to be with someone in a closed room and them possibly not be vaccinated. I also wish they would ask while doing the massage if they are in the right spot for my aches or pains.

I haven't found a person since Kailee left. This massage therapist mostly rubbed me vs massaging. She did focus on my neck issues so that was good!

I felt there was too much time spent on areas of the body that were not of concern even though it was a Swedish massage.

It has been difficult to find prenatal appointments and then my original tech called out the day of my appointment. Luckily I was available to take an appointment later in the day and My tech was amazing. But I would have been very disappointed had I not been able to accept the change and had to wait another month

I was satisfied. I just wanted to specify I was there for a WAX not a FACIAL. I was satisfied with my waxing services.

I was not disappointed with my experience at Hand & Stone. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I look forward to returning in the future.
