I thought the message was good. I don’t think it was anything mind blowing.

The esthetician was very knowledgeable. The front desk personnel were friendly. I do not like filling out all the medical info. This does not need to be done at either of the other three places I have facials. So, with that said rethinking statement. I will probably not be back unless I can not get an appointment with one of my regular spas.

I received numerous requests (on different days) via text and email to confirm my appointment. It seemed a bit ridiculous truthfully.

I enjoy quiet and peace during my massage, and if someone starts talking to me it’s difficult for me to do that. I do enjoy conversation but I was hoping to be able to relax a bit more. I also said I didn’t want my hands massaged and more time spent on my back. The massage technique felt very fast - not as slow or deep as I was hoping for with a massage. I also didn’t hear the peaceful music I was hoping for and the pillow used didn’t have a cover and was very cold and didn’t feel comfortable at all, my positioning wasn’t ideal for a massage I didn’t really have the ability to relax as much as I hoped.

I didn’t feel that I had the same level quality of a facial as I have had for less money purchasing vouchers from Groupon for different venders. The entire facial and head massage from the time the therapist came into the room until the time she left was less than 40 minutes for 125.00 I would have expected at least an hour

Therapist seemd to be more concerned about putting the appropriate amount of oil on my body before working with the hot stones and really didnt touch upon the problem areas that were knotty or tight. More focus was on the stones than anything esle.

When I complete the check in form on my phone prior to my visit, the receptionist can never find it on her ipad and I have to complete it again.

I do believe that Hand and Stone does an overall good job. However, I have been struggling to find a Therapist or Technician who truly addresses my desires since Vince left this location. I also would prefer going back to more meditative music as opposed to the ocean sounds that were playing.
