I had car troubles which allowed my gps to let me know I would be exactly 5 mins late. I called 25 mins before my appointment to let them know and I left a message. I later ran across a train stop which led me to be a total of 10mins late for my appointment. Once I got there I apologized a few time to no response from the receptionists. They just seemed annoyed. My therapist was very kind and sweet and the massage was wonderful. As I was checking out , my husband told me he was informed I would get special offers for him signing up for the membership, I asked about it and they did not know what I was talking about which wasn’t the biggest deal but I am inquiring how I go about getting those offers. Thank you.

Masks are still required. That instantly put me in a bad mood. Policy doesn’t make sense. Leave me alone! I just want to relax. If you’re scared, close the spa. I’ll find another place to go. My therapist did not offer a hot towel to wipe off oil. Had to put close on with oil still in my skin. After nearly three years, I have a new therapist but I still had to explain my issues. Write it down! Take notes. Document it. Gets tedious and annoying to explain multiple times to multiple therapists.

I would prefer to see openings that are day-of. When it's been a stressful week, I would be more inclined to pay for a massage that delivers more immediate gratification, instead of waiting several days until the next opening. Price is my main inhibitor to getting massages more often.

Too hard booking appointments. I shouldn’t have to wait as long as I did to get appointments. Need to hire more therapists.

I wish I didn’t have to wear a mask since I am vaccinated. It is difficult to relax with a mask on. Besides that the massage was great!

Upon entering, i was asked to put a mask on. The covid form i just filled out online said local laws do not require masks to be worn so i was confused as DE does not require a mask per customer if vaccinated. There is another option that asks me if i want my therapist to wear a mask or not in your pre services form. Greeter wasn't very friendly.

I filled out 3 forms before coming to the appointment and was given another form to fill out when I arrived that was not included with the other forms. It was a long form that cut in to my facial time. I also was asked at multiple times by email and also by text to confirm my appointment--overkill!
