Upon entering, i was asked to put a mask on. The covid form i just filled out online said local laws do not require masks to be worn so i was confused as DE does not require a mask per customer if vaccinated. There is another option that asks me if i want my therapist to wear a mask or not in your pre services form. Greeter wasn't very friendly.

I filled out 3 forms before coming to the appointment and was given another form to fill out when I arrived that was not included with the other forms. It was a long form that cut in to my facial time. I also was asked at multiple times by email and also by text to confirm my appointment--overkill!

Massage a little more rough than I would have liked. Requested medium pressure, but it was painful a few times.

Upon checking in I was asked to update questionnaire in file-I explained since it was exactly time for my appointments if it was ok to do after services because nothing changed-I understand it is not the employee’s policy but it made no sense since info had not changed at all. Another employee told me it was ok. I also had a difficult time with links this time to complete covid questionnaire at home. Finally worked after numerous attempts. I did not receive questionnaire to fill out in advance at home.

In the past, Hand and Stone was routinely late with my appointment time. So I am wondering every time I go, if they are going to be late. There was a dirty paper towel on the counter when I went in and I mistakenly grabbed it thinking it was a tissue. There are no tissues in the room. I don't know if not providing tissues is part of the new Covid routine but it would have been nice to have a box in the room. Again, that was before Covid so I am not familiar with all of the new routines. It was nice that the receptionist asked if I wanted my massage person to wear a mask. I apologize if this offends anyone as the routine is still new and eery place seems to have a different set of rules.

I was unaware of the restrictions on certain massages for expecting mothers. I looked forward to a hot stone to help with back pain/tension but had to get a pre-natal massage instead. However, my tech did a great job and was very delicate, professional, & educated on the services. I was completely satisfied on the service provided & the front desk staff was friendly.

Therapist a bit standoffish. Forced friendly. Good at job but no client connection made. Also pricing for introductory rate really wasn’t- only if joined in a membership. When asked if I wanted to join it, the two workers just looked at me with a heavy stare! I politely declined. Left a bad impression regarding rates. Site overall was great and clean. I might try a different location at another time.

Greeting seemed "odd." I felt as if the staff was staring at me for some unknown reason. The massage therapist made me feel welcomed.

I always get a birthday coupon on my birthday. Went back as far as 2017 to check and every year I have received one. I didn’t get one this year. The receptionist offered me 10.00 off my service but I used my 2 packages and there were no candles to purchase so I didn’t have anything to purchase. She told me that I had to use it same day. I don’t recall all the other birthday coupons having to be used on the day of your birthday.
