Hand and Stone

The hand treatment I thought would've been alittle more targeted for deep massage technique.

It was an administrative issue. I bought someone a membership they didn't use and they were told they transferred it to me, but it was actually cancelled and I could still use the services. Wanted to buy something at the member rate on 5/8 but even though my last payment was for 4/23-5/22 I was considered a non-member. Was not offered an option to turn on the membership, was only offered non-member rates. When I brought this up, I was told that a membership couldn't be transferred and I would have to start a brand new one with a nee enrollment fee.

No response to my first attempt to make an appointment on line—left a message that was never responded to. No return phone call to my subsequent voicemail weeks later.

Requested deep tissue-not enough pressure Paid for Himalayan stone-no difference than regular stone=Used to be hour massages, then advertised for 50 minute massages. Last 2 massages only for 40 minutes. Not going to keep paying membership to get short changed. EVERY appointment I’ve made always get rescheduled by hand and stone

Impossible to schedule appointments. No blankets on the tables anymore. Other therapists talking loudly in the hallway

I was very satisfied with my therapist. It’s difficult times during Covid. The check in process could be improved. I was asked to wait in my car but another lady was asked to have a seat on the couch. This was my first time here.

I completed the online forms emailed to me. When I arrived at the salon I was told I needed to complete one of the forms again. The form was not easy to submit.

The facial itself was excellent, however, when my facial person turned on stream machine..it splashed on my chest and gave me a slight burn. I did not think anything of it when I was checking out, but when I went to bed that night I took off my clothes and noticed scarring where the hot water splashed on my chest. I spoke to Christy the Manage @ Kirkwood location. I understand it was an accident.

It was my first time. Maybe the second time around I will rate higher.
