The massage therapist did not allow me to relax. She moved too fast for me to get the full experience. Usually, my therapist's hands focus on each area and she did not offer enough attention.

I am used to a former massage therapist that who treated my pain for about a year, so it will just take me some time to adjust to someone new who knows how to address my pain mgt needs.

I really wanted an earlier appointment and a longer appointment. I could only get 50 minutes and I tried 3 places so I took what I could get.

Online checkin was not as straightforward as expected Checkin process made me complete pre surgery forms Masseuse was ok. Did not massage head.

My massage was canceled and they canceled my facial without notifying me. If I hadn’t called for my COVID paperwork I would have shown up with no appointment Was not happy as this has happened several times Fortunately they were able to get me scheduled the same day at a later time

I wanted to relax but the person talked about my skin the whole time, she was trying to be helpful but It was not relaxing. I also get asked about getting a membership everytime I check out and when I say no thanks they keep talking about it and asking me why not and I feel awkward and that they should accept my answer without pressuring me it does not make me feel like coming back

Soiled sheets are kept in the room next to the air circulate machine...with the virus we are fighting this is not a good choice.
