The overall experience was good but my only issue was the vent noise in my assigned room. 2 years ago, I had my first massage in a different place and the room was quiet with relaxing music. This time, at hand & stone I was expecting something similar but the vent noise was very distracting and I had a hard time to relax myself. Overall, the therapist was gentle and knowledgeable.

It was just satisfactory. Not exceptional

I immediately signed up for a membership after my services. The front desk was kind and informative. The massage therapist was very professional and focused on the areas requested, with the proper pressure. I did not get relief in my problem areas, but the appointment was relaxing and de-stressing. I would recommend Kaylynn.

It was a nice massage, much needed and relaxing. The room seemed to have a lot of personal belongings piled up in the room and was sort of cluttered but otherwise the massage was nice.

There’s some disconnect when sending me intake forms/covid stuff. I got 3 texts and 2 emails asking to confirm my appointment, I confirmed on all of them but it’s excessive. This is minor but since the therapist has to wear gloves it was FREEZING at first when she started on my back which was alarming at first. Not sure how to fix that but would be nice if hands/gloves were room temp to warm.

Receiving 2 phone calls, 2 texts and 2 emails confirming my appointment is not only excessive, it is extremely annoying. if someone confirms their appointment once, that should be enough! I was so irritated that I almost cancelled my membership that day. Also, if I schedule a classic facial, that is what I want. I feel pressured to upgrade which costs $$$. I stated upfront this time that a classic facial was all I wanted. Fortunately, I was not pressured this time.

The pressure on my lower back has now created pain in that area and the pain in my left shoulder area is still there.

The confirmations were often. It came via email and text a few days before and then again on the day of the service and each timing I confirmed.

The woman who worked on me talked nonstop the entire time. With a facial, I would have appreciated quietness. I picture it as time to relax.

I just don’t feel that a paper mask is enough protection during the facial. Especially since as they talk to you the mask tends to slip down which made me very uneasy
