Checking in and checking out always seems like a task. There are always 3+ people at the front desk, but they are always engrossed with phone calls/computer scheduling. I was passed off twice by the front desk people to check out and schedule my next appointment. I also am rarely able to schedule appointment times that I prefer (but my therapist is amazing, so she is heavily booked).

Seemed more like a rub down than a massage. I expected trouble area to be identified and worked.

I would have preferred a male massage therapist. Could have used a little more pressure during the massage. But over all very great first experience for me. Therapist did a great job.

Called an hour after my appointment to ask me to agree to an additional 30$ charge for cbd oil that i wasn't informed was being used and didn't agree to having an hour after already having left the spa

The intake person was great, the people behind desk not friendly at all, check out person mumbled, could hardly heat him, no smiling, i felt like was bothering him. No temp check upon entering him, according to Delaware covid, doors should be locked, people walking in to buy gift certificates, felt off was not covid safe

Hard to get an appt with Janet. Seems many therapists haven’t returned to work since Covid so she is spread thin.

Upon arrival it seemed that everyone was too busy to acknowledge me. After a few moments the receptionist asked for my name and thankfully I didn’t have to wait. Just didn’t feel that over the top service.

I always enjoy my massage and Shelby is the best at the Kirkwood location. The room was a bit cooler than pre-covid and the blanket was removed but I understand why that decision was made. Shelby told me that she would make note that I would like a blanket for future visits. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the precautions bein taken. I tried to book another appointment but the computer wasn't cooperating after my visit.
