unfortunately ran out of time given need to focus on problem areas and was not able to get to every area. Not fault of therapist, glad she got rid of some of bigger knots, wish we made it to my neck though. will book a longer massage next time

I haven’t had a facial in awhile and from what I can remember it came with a neck and shoulder massage well that didn’t happen this time so I was somewhat disappointed.

The points that I have accumulated according to my account do not match the points that they see when I have asked about them. Also, what do the point actually count towards it has changed and confused about the usage. I like to go and get extras but I never know what exactly I can receive as a member- Is there a place to go and learn about the extra services without always asking many questions at the end of my relaxing massages.

I received 30 minutes free on my next massage to my account last time. I was charged for it last night and they refunded me, but only $20. The receipt I received shows I was charged 89.95 for 80 minutes but should have been charged 55.95 for 50 minutes. Meaning my refund should have been $34.00. I tried explaining this to the receptionist but she did not agree with me.

Staff is very friendly and professional; they know whats going on and things run on time. I like that and the care they show for every client.

Really wished there was sort of freeze billing of membership during covid shut time. Now I am backed up with appointments. Miss the therapist that I liked she did not return after covid shut down, though my appointment last weekend was very good. Anyway maybe consider a gift of some sort for those that paid when doors were closed. Thank you.

When making my next appointment, I wish there was better availability for the times I want. Overall, I do enjoy my appointments and will continue to come.

Waited a long time to check out. Then there were computing issues with my monthly membership showing up on the system. Ultimately I was able to leave and the receptionist said she would sort out the issue which was nice but I didn’t feel Comfortable booking another appointment or cancelling my membership on that date due to that.
