Since Coronavirus, I am not sure when my previous massage therapist is available or how to book her for an appointment. I have had some other massage therapists who do a wonderful job, but I am missing the consistency.

I called on Wednesday to see if there were any appointments available on Friday as it was my first vacation day off from work since February, and I was excited that they did have an appointment available at a time that was super convenient for me. My appointment started right on time and my technician was ready for me right away. My technician did a great job with my massage and I was very happy with the massage and experience. I’ll definitely be going back again.

My usual Esthetician was unavailable. I was getting accustom to new routines in the salon. Confused how I’m going to use pass services. My preferred masseuse is also not available. It’s all about “change”. It’s hard to adapt and settle into. Vernice was good and I am willing to see her again. He personality won me over. She did an excellent job. I felt she lacked confidence or experience but her skill level was on point.

The website said you did not use wax and I could go swimming immediately after. That was not the case. You did use wax and I could not join my party afterwards to swim.

Don’t like the atmosphere of franchise spas. Prefer smaller, more personal places.

The facial was great. Unfortunately, the massage was not the best, however, I understand that each person has different preferences to different therapists. My issue was when I came out of my facial the massage room was not ready, so my massage did not start until 1240, and he still finished at 1350, therefore only making it a 70 minute massage, not an 80 minute massage. So I used an extra package for a whole 20 minutes? Not ok.

Because I had pulled a muscle in my back months before. Was not able to get a massage due to the Covid 19 pandemic.

I feel like my esthetician just talks WAY too much during the appointment. I understand she's trying to help and improve my skin. But it's a little much because I really want to relax and just enjoy the moment.

The esthetician was lovely, however very talkative for what was suppose to be a relaxing experience.
