I was highly satisfied with the massage I received. The facial left my eyes irritated. Otherwise she did a good job. She worked closely around the eyes. I believe some product may have gotten into my eyes. My eyes were red and watery leaving me unable to do anything the remainder of day, not to mention it left me worried.

When making appt, they put me down for a massage not the facial I asked for. I had to leave and come back an hour later.

My massage therapist, Cassandra M., was phenomenal as always! There is a new female working in the reception area who allowed me to wait 5 minutes after I checked in and then decided to bring me a form to fill out. I advised her that I've been a member for almost 3 years, and asked if I can complete the form after my appointment as Cassandra had already came out to bring me to the back. The receptionist then stated that she COULD NOT ALLOW ME IN THE BACK FOR MY APPOINTMENT UNTIL I COMPLETED THE FORM! She was pretty rude about it! It was the same information that's been on file for the last 3 years! She delayed my appointment for that?!?!

The ease of making an appointment and the evening hours is greatly appreciated. The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff is very welcoming.

I am still experiencing some pain in the areas I asked to focus on. I paid $10 extra for deep tissue but it felt like a normal massage with firm pressure. In the future I would like more pressure or areas of issue.

My massage was ok, nothing exceptional. My facial again, was good but I would not consider it great. The only massage therapist there that I have considered "great" is David.

I haven’t gotten a facial in quite some time so it was nice to be able to get one, not feel awkward or pressured about why it has been a while.

The person that referred me described the services which were not included in that introduction package. I was also told it would be an hour, i did not ask about the products, but did express an interest in getting rid of my age spots and wrinkles. I’ll be back, but I needed just a bit more on those two areas. Your receptionists were outstanding, very welcoming.

I was satisfied but in comparison to previous visits, this one wasn’t as good.
