love the place except for too much light in the reception area, also welcome bag or goodies will be appreciated

This was supposed to be my last service as I cancelled my membership 3 months ago as I wasn't satisfied back then. I was coming with the intention of never returning. Elena and Janet made me change my mind and I renewed my membership. It's still too soon to give a review of the products bought.

The only problem I had was with the waiting room. 6:00 was a popular hour for clients but there was a high level of noise and did make for a relaxing experience leading into my massage.

Time duration is way too short for a relaxing massage, it feels rushed in the time given.

The facial upgrades are too expensive Products are too expensive Hard to get appointments that fit into my free time

I went to book a couples massage for my daughter and I. I then added facials to the appointment. After my facial, I found out that the massage was not booked since there was a mix up and there was no one available. We received a free upgrade for our re-scheduled massage.

I would like to know what other services are available at the location other than massages. Also my massage didn’t start on time.

My massage therapist was very knowledgeable about TMJ and migraines, but he talked a bit too much about how to help those issues while he was saving me. I had a 25 minute service for a cold stone face massage be he barely used the cold stones as he was doing other stretching techniques for my neck. It was not the usual cold stone massage I get. I was. Bit disappointed as he said he would throw in some stretches but I didn’t realize they took up so much of the massage.

Skin felt great but it left an odd odor. Not sure what it was.

Pushy with upgrades. Need magazines and refreshments in waiting areas.
