The massage was wonderful (high satisfactory). The facial was ok till I saw my face closely. I have abrasions on my nose look like a cat scratch my nose, skin is irritated on my chin and the left side of my face near my eye

I was not highly satisfied with my experience because the add one were really expensive and the facial was at a ok price.

I was not highly satisfied because I feel like $100 for a facial is very expensive. I go to Massage and Reflexology of DE for my massages where they charge $80 for a Swedish massage and do not accept tips. $100 plus tip is a lot.

I have had routine poor experience with people at the front desk/on the phone.

My massage before my facial was not satisfying and my esthetician was good but the facial did not clear up my skin.

I'm not a big facial person. It was good and the technician was very good. It wasn't the service, it was me.

Massage was sub Par massage person seemed uncertain about technique and delivery Asked ct to leave on underwear..... which I have never been asked to do in 15 years of massage. She seemed uncomfortable with the human body.

I didn’t feel that the Himalayan Sea Salt massage was worth the additional $30 charge. I won’t elect to get one again. Vince otherwise did a nice massage The Led facial also was less than expected and certainly not worth the use of a full monthly credit otherwise Pat did a nice job.

It was a lovely first experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back the next time I can treat myself.
