I was highly satisfied

I was satisfied, but for the $40 extra cost for a peel I thought it would take at least as long as the classic facial but it ended up being a little shorter in length.

Appointment started 15 minutes late, otherwise the experience was wonderful.

I truly enjoyed my hand and stone experience overall I felt the skill level of my aesthetician was a bit lower than I have experienced at other establishments. She was very pleasant appeared to not be very knowledgeable about the service provided. I plan to return to give it a second chance and change aestheticians if needed

Massage should have been 50 minutes, but started at 10 after, and ended at 5 of. I was on time for my appointment.

I am canceling my membership with hand and stone.

Making appointment was not easy. Receptionist put me on hold several times.

Was asked to come early, but did not need to. Could hear conversation s in hallway outside of room. Seemed as if therapist was new...would stop n then start again numerous times n I didn't know why, was distracting.

Reception at check in/check out did not seem real knowledgeable and continually mispronounced my name even after I corrected her 3 times. My guest had an issue with her at check out as did I trying to use one of my promotional coupons. Another receptionist had to take over. Both times I have tried to book a facial with an upgrade I confirm it is notated when I make the appointment and again when I check in. However, neither time was the esthetician aware of what I actually booked. Same with when I have booked an appointment for a massage with an add on. Not sure why the specifics of what I am booking is not making it to the individual I have the appointment with. Also my appointments are not showing up when I look online.

The membership price, perks for being a member always costs extra money if you just don’t get a Swedish Massage is one example,
