Nikki has always had a real concern for any ailments that I make have. Nikki takes in everything I say and really listen. I can always relax during the massage and walk out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and just overall feeling awesome. Nikki is awesome at what she does.

The receptionist was cordial, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The massage therapist was polite, knowledgeable and considerate. Overall, an excellent experience.

Staff is friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing. The massage therapist applied good press and asked if the pressure is ok.

The services are always wonderful however I have a complaint about how the membership program is ineffective. Membership monthly fees should be able to be used for services rendered: Dollar for Dollar. I have a balance in my account and either have to use 3 banked services which equates to an overpayment or am forced to pay out of pocket. This was my last experience for a facial and a Diamond glow combination service. I pay $96 per month and should be able to spend the full amount towards member discounted services without losing a penny. Sadly unless this changes I will look elsewhere for my facial services.
