The receptionist is exceptional. Your literature does not explain everything about my membership. She took the time to get me the most out of my membership. My massage therapist is the best. I hope she never leaves.

From stary to finish you are treated with respect, the staff are very friendly.

There are locations closer to my home and my work, but the Hand and Stone on Kirkwood Highway is by far the best in the area. Staff is great, therapists are well trained, a relaxing experience. Worth the extra drive.

Always friendly, professional and feel great when leave

My therapist was really wonderful. I am never disappointed in her service. I am disappointed in the music...I can never hear it and it is a big part of the experience. All the ambient noise, air purifiers, fans, whatever, drowns out the relaxing music. I also think sometimes that I don't get the full 50 minute massage because of appointments before me running long.
