Eric works wonders for my back. Receptionist knows me and always makes me feel welcome.

My massage therapist didn’t have me waiting long, she did an amazing job with pressure and overall quality of entire massage.

Really do not want to refill every thing each time I & my husband, Al have an appt. Can't be bothered with this constant repetition. Just confirm anything different If there is, only review that area. al is tired of having to go through the women's section. You should just be able to say N/A. Ridiculous!

I always look forward to my facial. It is a time for just me. The environment is also friendly. Pat is wonderful at what she does. She has gotten better over the years. She always gives me suggestions of how I can improve my daily routine.

My massage therapist was wonderful!!! I requested a firm pressure but he exceeded my expectations. I felt like he worked hard to do a phenomenal job and I felt great afterwards. He was professional and attentive and found every knot in my back and shoulders. He worked through the tight muscles with expertise and my comfort. I will recommend him to anyone and hope he is employed with Hand and Stone when I return. Thank you.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The massage therapist took her time and ensured that I was comfortable during the entire visit. After the massage the therapist provided me cold water to rehydrate me after the experience. It was well managed and relaxing.
