Absolutely one of the best massages I’ve had with Sonya. She was so mindful of the pain and discomfort I had in my neck area. She really was the best!

I think this membership is valuable for the massages. I have a massage therapist that I go to regularly and she is wonderful and will offer alternate appointment dates or times if I need it. I think the prices for the add-on services and products should cost less though.

Very soothing atmosphere. Although I did not need a product at visit, Maria showed me various products that she would recommend depending upon what I felt I needed.

The spa is always clean and relaxing. The staff is friendly and the massage therapists are always pleasant and professional.

The manager at the Kirkwood Plaza Location is wonderful; her name is Brianna and she is a welcome addition to this location in my opinion. She is very well aware of long term members at this location and what their needs are. The reception Kaitlin is also a wonderful - very welcoming and very friendly does all that she can to expedite check in and is well aware of any extras I may have booked with my option. With regard to my massage therapist Sandra - she is truly a wonder - her knowledge over her craft is second to none and she makes me feel terrific every time she gives me a massage! You need more employees who are this caring and as knowledgable as Sandra.

The therapist helped take away the pain I was feeling before I went in. She was very attentive. She listened to my concern and helped me feel better.
