everyone at the front desk is always amazing. My appointment for monday was canceled due to my therapist being sick. I received a call shortly after the cancellation saying there was a slot available the next day. Great service, my therapist is awesome as well. I have been a member for a long time and intend to continue my membership because the staff is always awesome, even if the costs are going up.

All of the staff instantly recognize me by face and are always warm and genuine in their interactions with me. Elena and Janet are amazing and I’ll keep getting facials and massages from them on a consistent basis.

Everyone knows me and makes me welcome. I love all my therapists and I get great value for 90 minutes each time.

I have had many massages in my life and Jacques is the best massage therapist i have encountered. He listens and responds to exactly what you ask for. I wish it was possible for me to go to him every day.
