I was highly satisfied with my experience because I got the massage therapist I see at this location. My appointment time was the time I wanted because I wanted to be done before school let out at 2:00pm. My massage therapist does an exceptional job every time and worked on my areas of concern during entire massage session. If Kayla ever decides to leave this location or business I highly likely end my membership because she’s the reason why I haven’t left. Don’t lose her.

The massage therapist used very firm pressure which I liked. Focused on my back for a longer period of time, which I said was an area that I wanted.

When I initially called to schedule my appt there was no availability on Mother’s Day so they put me on the cancellation list. I was scheduled for the first available which was 6/15 and I got a call an hour later and was moved up to Mother’s Day! I loved the pressure my therapist used.

The atmosphere was calming. I enjoyed my massage greatly & Kaelan was great. Will absolutely suggest H&SM to friends.
