The massage therapist used very firm pressure which I liked. Focused on my back for a longer period of time, which I said was an area that I wanted.

When I initially called to schedule my appt there was no availability on Mother’s Day so they put me on the cancellation list. I was scheduled for the first available which was 6/15 and I got a call an hour later and was moved up to Mother’s Day! I loved the pressure my therapist used.

The atmosphere was calming. I enjoyed my massage greatly & Kaelan was great. Will absolutely suggest H&SM to friends.

I am a highly satisfied client because the receptionists are extremely friendly the minute you step inside. Its clean and I love the hand towels in the restroom. My masseuse, Jacques is great, my body is always relaxed when my time is up. I feel like I am floating on air when I leave. Jacques is so good I recommended him to my friend, Darlene Mason, and she described her visit Jaques as magical hands.

I was not highly dissatisfied with my experience. I must have answered the questions wrong. Teresa is wonderful, the services were wonderful. She gives quality professional services and is the reason I keep my membership. The cost of the monthly dues are high. It takes a long time to build up enough points for a service.

Sonya is an amazing therapist. She took the time to explain additional stretches I might want to do to help relieve the discomfort I am having in my lower back. The reception staff always make me feel welcome and put a smile on my face.
