Very friendly staff, and the massage therapist was great at listening to my needs.

From the moment I stepped through the door to when I was done, everyone was friendly and attentive. Theresa gives the best facials and I feel very confident in her abilities and knowledge of skincare. In addition the spa is clean and comfortable. Thank You.

I enjoy the services. I an very unhappy with the membership rate increase of 40%, more unhappy that I have called twice to speak to the manger. Both times the manager was either busy or at lunch. I was told I would receive a call back, did not. The reason I started my membership is I was told the rate would not change as long as I remained a member, which I have. I have been loyal to your company, I do not feel I am being valued as a long time customer. Most likely I will be ending my membership. The atmosphere was very relaxing and inviting from the time I walked in the door. The staff was polite, and attentive. As soon as I was finished with my survey I didn't wait but 3 minutes before I was invited to the room. The table was warm to a comfortable temperature and I was offered a blanket which was nice since I'm from the south and the temperature is changing here in the north. My esthetician has the perfect gentle fingers for this job. She explained everything she was about to do and why. Thank you for the experience!
