I book my appointments several months at a time so I have the same masseuse and esthetician I like that they k ow my skin and how I like my massage

A problem from my previous month upgraded facial was resolved by my esthetician after I explained to her what happened. She had checked with the up front staff to see if I had enough points for an upgrade, which I did. I also was purchasing a product and had a $5 survey reward to use for it. When I checked out I was charged for the upgrade instead of using my points and the $5 was taken off the upgrade instead of the product. When I told them this was wrong I was told no manager was present and it could not be corrected in the system. I called the corporate office the next day to see if this was true, I was directed to leave my number and someone would contact me. No one did. My esthetician at the end of this visit said I would receive an upgrade at my October appointment with no additional charge or use of points.

I was extremely impressed with the staff and my massage therapist. She (Sandra) took great care in addressing my pain areas and the amount of pressure I needed. I found the whole experience very relaxing and comfortable.

The staff person that I spoke with was able to get me in for an appointment the next day. As soon as I walked in, a lady at the front desk welcomed me. From the waiting area to the massage room, great ambience. My massage therapist spent a lot of time on my problem spots and was very kind, respectul, and professional.

This massage session was the true 50 min hands on and not my previous 40 min...Deanna listen to my request for focusing, she was very pleasant...👍👍
