My massage therapists was very kind, listened and addressed the specific areas of concerned mentioned, and used our time well. The addition of peppermint was refreshing for sore muscles. Reception is always welcoming.

From entry to exit, I was greeted by friendly staff and my massage therapist, Erik. There is never a delay in service time. Erik is a consummate professional, always asking about my needs before and during my massage. He is very receptive to feedback and makes any adjustments accordingly. I consider him part of my Wellness Team!

Jacques is awesome. He gives the best massages, and he is professional and polite. If I ever win the lottery, I will hire him as my personal therapist. He’s simply the best.

The ambiance and staff are always pleasant especially my aesthetician Juliza. She is knowlegeable, warm, friendly, and really cares abouty skin and the procedure that is suitable for my skin. Although I had some issues with the front desk in the past year, I still like the spa. Some of the frontdesk personnel gave me wrong information and processed my membership and gift card incorrectly. But Juliza made up for it.

My therapist was very pleasant and did a good job! I will return soon!
