Massage therapist was awesome. He knew the areas that were inflamed (without a huge explanation on my part) and worked to reduce the inflammation. He recommended a return visit in two weeks which I will do if he gets a cancellation. Otherwise I'll be back on June 14th.

The staff is forever welcoming and pleasant. Needing to leave directly after my visit, I made my next appt online, the first time for me. Well, I screwed up doing so and planned to call the next day to straighten it out. Someone from the salon called about an hour later to check what I was trying to do with my appointments. Talk about service! I was quite pleased with her help! This Hand and Stone is fantastic.

Front desk staff very friendly and professional. Donna is THE BEST Massage Therapist. I’ve been with her for several years. So happy that she’s still there.

The message therapist focused on my expectations of the message and what I wanted him to focus on. He asked questions of my comfort level during the massage and made me aware of each step. Ex: apply a hot towel. He lightly applied it and asked if it was too hot before just placing it on my skin. It was a great relaxing experience.

Theresa always uses the best treatments for my skin. My skin always look wonderful!
